Our vacation rental guest apartment has one bedroom, with generous amounts of closet space and a pillow-top queen size bed.

The full bathroom includes a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, all provided for your convenience. Towels and wash clothes are also provided.

A major advantage of vacation rentals over hotels is the kitchen. Snowbowl View's kitchen includes a full refrigerator, electric stove & oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Dishes, pots & pans, and utensils are all provided.

The living space includes a couch, kitchen table that can seat four, and a flat screen TV. The couch can open to a queen size bed with a deluxe 'air over coil' mattress.

WiFi in the apartment and on the patio lets you stay connected with family and friends.

A propane grill along with patio table and chairs will allow you enjoy the beautiful Flagstaff setting. A swing that seats two is a great place to relax while gazing at the mountain or the stars.

Parking is next to the apartment, with enough room if one has a trailer or RV.

Just a few steps away is the laundry room. In addition to the large washer & dryer, we have included an ironing board & iron, hanging rod and folding table.

The road leading to the Arizona Snowbowl is only 1.5 miles away, with the distance to the actual ski resort entrance (at the top) only 8.75 miles. The Flagstaff Nordic Center is 9.5 miles away for cross-country skiing. An added bonus, we are west of the Snowbowl, so you'll avoid all of the associated traffic.

We are centrally located to many Northern Arizona locations. The Grand Canyon is only 90 minutes away, while it only takes 70 minutes to reach Sedona.

So come, explore, relax and enjoy our rural location. You are only 15 minutes from town, but you'll feel like you've gotten away from it all.
